There is quite a variety of folk art in the Netherlands,
however we often forget about them.
I visited a museum this weekend which showed the ordinary life of
fishermen in the beginning of the 20th Century (around 1920), it is called Zuiderzeemuseum.
People put a lot of effort into making ordinary items into treasuries for life.
