Green, greener

The herb and vegetable garden next to my studio is turning greener and greener. I have been working hard to prepare the soil for sowing. Now it is waiting to see what will come up... (I am not always such a succesfull gardener).

Apple and plum trees have been blossoming and the grape vine is starting to grow, rhubarb can be harvested, and I have been using some wild edible plants for tea and broth. 

But it also nice to sit and rest, and to watch the bees at work.

My studio is the building here on the right. The other one is another new built shed.

I have some sketchbooks by Talens, I like it that the paper remains in good condition even with using paint in multiple layers.

From sketch to card

I have been working on some new designs for cards. One of them is this one of a Scandinavian window.

The design is professionally printed, to be sold on campsites in the northern countries. I will also be selling these in my studio and my ETSY-shop.
